The Capacity-Building Programs and Initiatives pillar is vital in creating a powerful generation of young people that is equipped with the right knowledge and tools to push for a narrative change. Through our Training and Capacity-Building team, YTN designs and delivers programs aimed at empowering young people with the knowledge, skills, and resources they need to drive positive change in their communities. We work on needs assessment, training development & delivery, and mentorship and coaching. Overall, we seek to play a vital role in equipping young changemakers with the tools and resources they need to become effective leaders and advocates for peace, justice, and decolonization in their communities and beyond.
