Community-Building is a major pillar in YTN’s work that seeks to create a safe digital, inclusive, and open space for youth to encourage national, regional, and international networking and exchange of ideas fostering solidarity among youth from all around the world. Through our Community-Building team, YTN focuses on fostering a sense of belonging, collaboration, and mutual support among young changemakers from the Global South. We create, curate, engage, and maintain YTN’s community of practice focused on youth leadership in transforming international peace and security. Overall, YTN seeks to create a supportive and inclusive ecosystem where young changemakers feel empowered, connected, and valued as they work together to advance peace, justice, and decolonization in their communities and beyond.
