Itzel Pamela Pérez Gómez is a PhD student in strategic analysis and sustainable development. Regional Manager for Latin America, SDG Student Program at SDSN Youth (January 2023-July 2024). Co-founder of the “Youth Climate Observatory (Yucatán), Youth United for Peace Observatory (Mexico).” Educator and capacity builder with 5+ years of experience engaging youth in leadership, social innovation, sustainable development, and climate change. Part of the youth climate summit (YOUNGO Initiative) organization committee in Yucatán, México, and point of contact with YOUNGO at the local level. She received funding for training from the British Council, Carolina Foundation, Egyptian Ministery of Youth and Sports, AIESEC, and Mexican Council of Humanities, Sciences, and Technologies.
