Suraphel Fekadu is passionate about influencing policies and amplifying voices to ensure public issues and population dynamics are included in policies, practices, and programs. He began his career journey working on youth advocacy and health policy, which ignited his desire for long-term professional goals where his heart truly lies today Suraphel has hands-on experience and expertise in advocacy, lobbying, campaign, research, and communication to drive a systemic change.

He holds a master’s degree in public health (MPH) and a bachelor’s degree in Sociology (BA). Furthermore, Suraphel is an alumnus in advocacy and policy influencing from MDF Netherlands and civic leadership from YALI East Africa.
